The Placement Spot follows clear and transparent terms to maintain a professional recruitment relationship with every Client.
Terms & Conditions

Candidate Introduction Protection
Candidates introduced by The Placement Spot remain protected for 12 months from the date of introduction/submission.

Recruitment Fee
If an introduced candidate is hired or engaged by the Client during the protection period, the applicable recruitment fee shall remain payable.

Candidate Introduction Proof
Candidate introduction may be established through email, resume submission, WhatsApp communication, interview coordination or other documented recruitment records.

Client Selection
The Client retains complete authority to interview, evaluate, select, reject and employ candidates.

Confidentiality
Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of candidate information, Client information, commercial terms and other non-public recruitment information.

Non-Circumvention
The Client shall not bypass The Placement Spot in relation to candidates introduced by us for the purpose of avoiding applicable recruitment charges.

Client Cooperation
The Client shall provide timely feedback, interview status, selection information and other necessary coordination.

Agreement Term
The standard recruitment service arrangement is for 12 months, extendable by mutual agreement.

Termination
Either party may terminate the arrangement by providing 30 days’ written notice.

Outstanding Payments
Termination shall not affect any outstanding invoices, accrued payment obligations or candidate protection rights already established.

Amendments
Any modification to the agreed terms shall be recorded in writing and acknowledged by the authorized representatives of both parties.
