At The Placement Spot, we follow a structured recruitment process designed to understand the Client’s requirements, identify relevant candidates and support the hiring journey through successful joining. Our team coordinates with the Client and candidates at each stage to maintain clear communication and an organized recruitment workflow.
Our Step-by-Step Recruitment Process

Step 1: Requirement Understanding
We understand the Job Description, skills, experience, salary/CTC, location and hiring timeline.

Step 2: Candidate Sourcing
We source relevant candidates through our recruitment network, database, job portals, references and other suitable channels.

Step 3: Screening & Shortlisting
Candidates are screened according to the requirements shared by the Client and relevant profiles are shortlisted.

Step 4: Profile Submission
Shortlisted candidate profiles are shared with the Client for review and consideration.

Step 5: Interview Coordination
We coordinate interviews between the Client and shortlisted candidates and assist with candidate communication.

Step 6: Selection & Offer
The Client evaluates and selects the suitable candidate, followed by offer and selection coordination.

Step 7: Joining Follow-up
We follow up with the selected candidate and Client until the joining process is completed.

Step 8: Recruitment Closure
After successful joining, the recruitment assignment is closed and applicable documentation/invoicing is processed.
