Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time | Field Job
- Locations: Jaipur, Chomu, Jodhpur, Sikar, Udaipur, Kota, Dausa, Jobner
- Salary: ₹15,000 Fixed + Incentives
- Incentive: ₹5,000 on target completion + Additional Incentives
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Loan Recovery / Field Collection preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Assigned customers ke location par visit karke loan recovery karna.
- Pending/overdue payments ka follow-up karna.
- Assigned recovery targets achieve karna.
- Customer ko outstanding amount aur payment details explain karna.
- Daily field visits aur recovery records maintain karna.
- Customer ke saath professional communication maintain karna.
- Daily recovery report Team Leader/Manager ko submit karna.
Candidate Requirements
- Loan Recovery / Field Collection experience preferred.
- Good communication & customer-handling skills.
- Field work aur travelling ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Local area knowledge preferred.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred.
