Job Responsibilities
- Make calls to leads provided by the company.
- Understand customers’ requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- Identify and shortlist interested customers.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer details.
- Update customer information in Excel or the company’s CRM.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently in Hindi.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good calling and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000, depending on experience and capability.
