Job Details
- Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 / Month
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- DRA Certificate: Compulsory
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Loan Recovery / Collection Calling preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Customers को loan outstanding/payment के लिए calling करना.
- Pending और overdue payments का regular follow-up करना.
- Customers को payment details और due amount के बारे में जानकारी देना.
- Assigned customers की collection follow-up maintain करना.
- Customer queries और payment-related concerns को professionally handle करना.
- Daily calling और collection details maintain करना.
- Assigned recovery targets achieve करना.
- Daily report Team Leader/Manager को submit करना.
Candidate Requirements
- Loan Recovery / Collection Calling में minimum 1 year experience preferred.
- DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate compulsory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer handling में comfortable होना चाहिए.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge preferred.
- Jaipur location के candidates preferred.
